Can I freeze food in these containers?
Yes! The containers are made from borosilicate glass, so they’re built to handle a wide range of temperatures, from the oven to the freezer.
To avoid thermal shock, don’t place containers in the freezer while they’re still hot from food, the oven, or the microwave. Let them cool to room temperature first.
When freezing liquids, leave about 1 inch of space between the lid and the contents, since liquids expand as they freeze.
Are the containers dishwasher, microwave/oven safe?
Yes! The containers are made from borosilicate glass and are designed to handle a wide range of temperatures.

The lids are made from BPA-free plastic and should not be used in the microwave or oven.

How long will the containers and lids last?
It depends on usage, but overall the glass is extremely durable, it will only break if accidentally dropped. The lids may lose their seal after a couple of years, but they are replaceable.
Tips to maximize lifespan:
- Avoid putting lids in the dishwasher (hand wash instead).
- Store the manual pump in a safe spot so it doesn’t get lost.
- Apply a little food-grade oil to stiff parts, like the date dial.
- Use the manual pump instead of the electric pump for stronger, longer-lasting vacuuming.
- Don’t overfill with liquids, vacuuming may fail, and lids could leak if tipped.

The storage dishes came well packaged and protected. The lids fit nicely and the most unique thing about these are the adjustable and easily readable date settings integrated into the storage lid system (see picture 2)....brilliant! I did not yet, get the air vacuum pump to evacuate air from these containers but that will be next. Overall, the quality of the glass and the lid themselves seem robust and impressive and the seal around the lid along with attachment and removal procedure seem perfect. I am happy with these dishes and hope my review and pictures will help you decide if they are appropriate for your needs. Thanks for reading!

This is made of glass, not plastic, so it is heavy and strong it seems. And being of glass means you more then likely could put food in it, seal it, freeze it, take it out thaw it a little take the plastic top off (do not want to put plastic in a oven) then put it in the oven to warm or cook, but check with instructions to make sure. You get 3 sizes and these do fit my hand held vacuum sealer. But one thing I wonder as you see in the last picture I put water in it to see if it would leak, but since the lid is a strong snap tight with a seal I do not know if it was also the vacuum seal on put on it or just the strong lids. And these lids are tight so it took me a little bit to get them on. I figured out it you use your thumb to hold the top of the snap and push down the bottom of the snap goes on easier. But you could find a better way, anyway really nice

Ive used it for just about everything... fresh meats, my homemade chicken salad & my homemade tuna salad (glass containers), broccoli, peppers, strawberries (glass containers), celery, carrots etc. I love how the glass containers have the dial on them to date your food. I always dated my food with labels but not anymore
